A small period of time has passed since their visit to the Pararakelse islands. Now that Naru, Keitaro, and Otohime Mutsumi have all been accepted into Tokyo University, all seems to be well, until one day when Keitaro leves with Seta Noriyasu on an excavation and a mysterious person comes in and assumes Keitaro's duties as the apartment manager. Later she is revealed to be Urashima Kanako, Keitaro's little sister who was adopted. She's come back to Keitaro about the promise they had made a long time back. Unfortunately, this clashes with Naru's interests and the two fight over Keitaro's love.

Thoughts/Opinions
This time around, the plot moves along very well, and is excellent. Everybody seems to have grown up a bit, but their personalities haven't changed. Since it's a continuation of the story, it's hard to give further opinions, but I will say that the ending is VERY good. Happy endings are the best. The only problem with this one is that it is rather short, and I do wish it would have gone on a bit longer, even if it turned into a slice of life kind of anime. I will say though, this particular section carries a little more weight on the "Ecchi" genre, as it takes a few more liberties with respect to that genre. You can see some of its effects in the Opening animation below.
Also, the rating is the same as the other seemingly. But, the thing is, this particular series fixes the lack of an overarching plot from the series, but loses those same points in having it so short, and seemingly rushed.
